Richard Baepler is Emeritus Professor of Theology and Law at Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana. He studied at Concordia Seminary, Theologische Hochschule, University of Erlangen, and the University of Chicago. During his tenure at VU, Dr. Baepler served as head of the Department of Theology, Dean of Christ College, and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
